The Great Hanshin Earthquake occurred.

1996

Moved in Ichigao in May The lounge name changed. The first International Lounge Festival was held. Children’s arts were collected and displayed. （ 1 st theme:Non-specific theme ） International Children’s Art Exhibition started. （ 2 nd theme:Food ）

Volunteer ActivitiesCenter opened At Ichigao

WFP (World Food Programme) opened Yokohama office at Minato-mirai Yokohama.

1997

The first Aoba Friendship Festival was held. The Lounge festival was held on the same day. Yokohama Disaster Volunteer Center Simulation was held in Aoba ward.
