2008 Water The Yokohama Waterworks Bureau supports developing countries and in 2008 sent experts to Hue, Vietnam. So we had a chance to receive children’s pictures from Hue. The theme of the year 2008 “Water” was chosen by this way. What is Water for? Vital for plants, animals and of course humans. Something to play with, something to cool down the earth. Children know what it is. Water – we cannot grab it with hand, but we need it at hand.
